I ordered a shirt in June for my husband. And then nothing. No further communication from W & R. I finally called customer service and even with an order number the representative had difficulty finding my order. She asked for time to investigate and said she’d call me back. Another delay. When my order was finally found, I was then informed that the shirt size I ordered was no longer available and would not be. No explanation as to why I was not informed of that pertinent fact weeks ago when I placed the order. The representative did then work with me to find an acceptable substitute and I did receive a shirt just a few days before our daughters wedding. It is a great shirt, fit very nicely and we were relieved and happy to have it.
